Absolute rubbish.
The coach is perhaps less hands-on during the session. But they’re not hands-off. You just step back a little bit. But you still have to be able to change what you see if it’s not working. Or guide. It’s best to use the term guide discovery. We’re trying to direct search, direct information, prompt them, ask questions, get them to come up with the solution rather than you telling them.
