Sue: What are you working on this off-season?
DT: Creating space. Searching for space. Creating advantage, maintaining an advantage. Creating windows for myself.
Sue: Will you give us a move?
DT: It’s not a move. It’s a shared cognition with the game of basketball.
Sue: (Noah) has you on it, huh?
DT: (Noah) has me on a different level of understanding the game.
Sue: You sound Zen.
DT: There’s so many things on the court you can do that don’t require a move. I think you’re a living testament to that. You find a way to play the game and make it easy on yourself. When sometimes, you make the game hard on yourself. Fancy moves aren’t what wins the game.
