Think about what a serious player has access to today.
On-court development: decision-making, anticipation, shooting, ball handling, finishing. Off-court: strength, conditioning, mobility, flexibility, nutrition. There’s a specialist for every one. There’s a structured, progressive program for every one.
Now think about what a coach has access to.
The season ends. Maybe you watch some clips on YouTube or Instagram. Maybe you read a book. Maybe you go to a clinic. Maybe you talk to some friends. And then you come back next year and run the same stuff you ran last year, because there was never a system in place to actually move you forward.
There’s no progressive development program for coaches. No structured way to get better at understanding the game, understanding learning, designing practice, communicating with your players. Coaches just wing it.
That’s the gap Cognition Coach exists to fill.
Players get better because someone built them a system. Coaches deserve the same thing.
The implementation layer drops every Thursday. First one this week: The Space-Read Constraint Menu.
